The Axe 3 packaging and display needed to convey a unique product to consumers that was not only new to Axe but was new to the category. Consumers could apply the two-spray system in various combinations to experience a custom never-the-same fragrance with each application.
Such a unique product required a clear and quick explanation to capture consumer interest. Davis supported the graphic 1-2-3 numbering system, supplied by Axe Global, with a combination of illustrations and words to create an easily understandable proposition that also relayed the Axe “cool” factor.
